Bugs in room, non smoking room had obviously been smoked in before, sanitation was very poor, looked and felt very run down for the price. I will not recommend or ever stay at this hotel again!! The "wi- fi" was horrible and the so called breakfast is obviously lacking quite a bit to compairible priced hotels.

The only thing I liked was the cold air condition in the room. We stayed Friday nite 7/29/11-thru check-out on 08/01/11
The tub was dirty with hair. Ants on the bathroom sink area. The bed had no padding, springs pushed into my body. The Motel bosted of being New on the web but was old, old, old(crack motel) and the office day clerk was rude. I will never stay there again. Pitifull. No late check outs given. She said we would be charged for a full day if we weren't out by 11:00 am.

It was pretty cheap
Poorly maintained and not very clean. Pool doesn't open until after noon and house keeping did not come in. I had to exchange my towels at the desk.

It reminded us of late 70's
Is should be cleaner, it should be renoveted and the small inner garden would be a very nice place if not the old a/c and tv storage.

When I got to my room the door was held open by the movable lock. The soap at the sink was already used also. Looked like someone had used it for a quickie.

I did not like it at all. When I checked into the room and turned down the bed, there were a lot of small lizards who jumped out from underneath the blanket. There were roaches in the tub and black mold covered the wall above the bed. There was such filth on the rugs and on the bathroom floors that I was afraid to walk around with bare feet. When I immediately went to the front desk and told the clerk about the bugs he told me that this was Florida and I should just accept the fact that eveyone had bugs in their homes. I told him that I was checking out and since he had already charged me for the week in the amount of $258.56..that I wanted my money back. He only gave me $210.00 to be credited back to my bank card. Then when I got my bank statement, he had charged me $299.00 for the week.not the $258.56 that he told me was the total charge. In other words, they charged me $88.56 for one night. I feel this is fraud and I want the rest of my money back. When I drove into the parking lot of this hotel, there were no other cars there. And I was the only guest staying there at that time. I would highly recommend that no one ever stay there ever. It is a filthy, bug infested place to stay. And you will not get your money back because they lie about the charge for a week to you at first and then double the charge for one night. I will contact the travel companies and the hotel associations all over the country about this. I was lied to and cheated out of my money. Plus the fact that they don't do anything about the dirt and the rusting of the outside lock in the door. There was no security lock on the inside door either. Bad neighborhood to be in, especially if you are a solo female traveller such as I am.
See above..as you were not clear as to where to put complaints. I cannot write it again..and I will see to it that Booked.net gets all of my information and that they should not recommend this inn to any one ever. It is a filthy place to stay with roaches and lizards everywhere in the room..green and black mold on all of the walls..the headboard had been ripped off and there were big holes and green mold where it had once been. Room smelled like rot and dirty socks. There were used condoms in the bed and the sheets were soiled and messy. No towels in the bathroom of any kind and the mirror glaze had long since disappeared. Words of caution before you even book this hotel? Don't do it.

The customer service was good. I appreciated the young man's kindness. The air conditioning was nice and cool.
Not an inviting outside appearance. One of the beds had a sagging middle. The sheets were well worn, I saw some holes and dingy looking. The bath room light fixture over the mirror was out.

This was a very dirty hotel it was roach infested place also we were told the pool was open and the wifi was included and breakfast. When we arrived the room was dirty from the guest before us and the bath had mold and body hair in it from the last guest. The pool had frogs swimming in it and the wifi did not work, also while eating breakfast the first day a roach dropped from the ceiling right in my plate. Went to complained to desk clerk and was handed a gallon of bleach and was told to clean it if I wanted to!!! When I told them I was to check out that next morning I was told we couldn't because we had a reverstaion for a week , we left and the hotel charged my credit card for the whole week even though we stayed less than 48 hours I had to dispute the charge with me bank. Tried to take pictures and we were told to leave the premises.should not reccound this place to a dog.

I was speechless and not in a good way. No light bulbs, shower had no pressure, TV had lines, huge cockroach on wall (clerk took picture) and the hotel did nothing. We had to kill it because the clerk was scared. They had no rooms for us switch too. No disturb sign and that led to housekeeping letting their selves in our room without knocking. When they barged in we requested fresh towels, but they did not have any. Eventually, several hours later they brought us clean towels. The top latch was so loose we could pull the screws out of it. We requested to see and talk to the manager three times. We never saw or spoke to him. He was never there. The hotel is severely run down. Everything from the property to the rooms need to be renovated I do not know how they stay in business. If you see the listing for this hotel keep scrolling. I will not recommend this to anyone.
